Vitaliss Lab arranges diagnostic testing and home sample collection. Samples are processed by authorised laboratory partners, and reports are issued by the processing laboratory.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Test descriptions and packages are informational. Always consult a qualified physician about your results.
Bookings and collection visits
Collection slots are subject to availability in your service area. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and contact number, following any fasting or preparation instructions, and being available during the selected slot. If a visit cannot be completed, we will contact you to rearrange it.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown at checkout include the applicable collection fee and any coupon discount. Online payment is currently recorded as a request for the care team; a payment gateway is not yet connected.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Staff and administrator access is granted through our internal role system and can be revoked at any time.
