Information we collect
We collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email address, collection address, date of birth and gender, family member profiles, prescriptions you upload, and the bookings you place. Reports issued by our laboratory partners are stored against your account.
How we use it
Your information is used to schedule and complete home sample collection, process your tests with our laboratory partners, deliver reports, handle payments and refunds, and respond to support requests.
Who can see it
Access is enforced by database-level security rules. Your account can see your own data. Authorised Vitaliss Lab staff see only what their role permits — for example, a collection professional sees the visit details for their assigned collections, not your billing or business data. Prescriptions and reports are held in private storage.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained for as long as your account is active or as required for medical record keeping. To request correction or deletion, contact us at soulantram@soulantram.com.
